How to Change the Mode of the emec KMF Dosing Pump

Larry Narunsky, Technical Director of Convergent Water Controls today demonstrates how to change the mode in an emec KMF solenoid driven dosing pump.

Step 1: Hold the enter button down. It will ask you for a password.
Step 2: Enter the default password which is four zero's then press enter.
Step 3: Scroll up from the short menu to the full menu and Press enter.
Step 4: Press enter again on mode. The current mode will be displayed, e.g. "constant".
Step 5: From here move up to select other modes (in this case we choose "multiply") and press enter.
Step 6: A multiply number will then display on the screen which you can change and once set correctly, press enter.
Step 7: Press escape numerous times until you reach the main screen where it displays the dose rate of the pump.

If I want to change the multiplication factor:

Step 1: Go to the menu
Step 2: Instead of going to the long menu, select the short menu and it will automatically put in the parameter for that mode in the short menu
Step 3: In this display you can then change the multiplication factor and then press enter.
Step 4: Press escape to go back out again.
