Larry Narunsky, Technical Director of Convergent Water Controls today demonstrates how to change the mode in an emec KMF solenoid driven dosing pump.
- Step 1: Hold the enter button down. It will ask you for a password.
- Step 2: Enter the default password which is four zero's then press enter.
- Step 3: Scroll up from the short menu to the full menu and Press enter.
- Step 4: Press enter again on mode. The current mode will be displayed, e.g. "constant".
- Step 5: From here move up to select other modes (in this case we choose "multiply") and press enter.
- Step 6: A multiply number will then display on the screen which you can change and once set correctly, press enter.
- Step 7: Press escape numerous times until you reach the main screen where it displays the dose rate of the pump.
If I want to change the multiplication factor:
- Step 1: Go to the menu
- Step 2: Instead of going to the long menu, select the short menu and it will automatically put in the parameter for that mode in the short menu
- Step 3: In this display you can then change the multiplication factor and then press enter.
- Step 4: Press escape to go back out again.
